	Block Party - 12th September 2004 Activities for kids of all ages. Banbury 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Organized by Debbi Barson and Tania Alamir.
	Garage SALE - 28th August 2004 One day only multi-family neighborhood garage sale. 9:00am to 2:00pm.
	Golf Outing / Party - 24th July 2004 Golf outing was at Grantwood Golf Course, tee-time 10:30am. Wine and Cheese Party was at the home of Bruce and Sandy Waterhouse, 33028 Allenbury Drive, 7:30pm.
	Halloween Party - 31st October 2003 Halloween party was held at the Ginis's backyard, 4:30 to 6:00pm on Friday 31st October. It was a great evening for all. Click to see the photographs.
	Block Party - Labor Day - Monday Sept. 1st 2003 The Clandon Estates 2003 Block Party was held on a rainy Labor Day, Monday September 1st from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Despite the rain there was a good turnout. Many thanks to the Daynekas and Saedis for coordinating. Click to see the photographs.
	Garage Sale - 2003 There was no interest in doing a neighborhood Garage Sale in 2003, so the event did not take place.
	Spring Golf Outing - Saturday, June 7 2003 A great day was had at Grantwood Golf Course with four teams competing for fabulous prizes and the prestigious trophy. Weather was perfect. Many thanks to Dave Repko for organizing the event.
	Wine and Cheese Party - Saturday, June 7 2003 7:30pm Neighbors met at Bill and Judy Carlin's on 33059 Allenbury Drive for an evening of good food, good company, the golf awards ceremony and a short business meeting.

	Garage Sale - July 19th & 20th 2002 The annual (mostly) Clandon Estates Garage Sale was held on July 19th and 20th. It was a very successful event with a lot of visitors to the 7 houses that participated. Click on the garage sale sign for more information and photographs.
