NEW SIGNS FOR CLANDON ESTATES!! Plans are underway for new signs to be erected at each entrance to our development. As you can see in the sketch below, signs will carry the name Clandon Estates, and list all streets in the neighborhood. The signs will be on new posts, and have been designed to deter theft. They are built to endure 10 years or more. Funding for the new signs will be provided by the residents of Clandon Estates through a special (one time) contribution. The design shown is property of A Sign Above, Inc. No transmittal or disclosure shall be made to any person, firm or corporation without prior written consent.  2008 Annual Dues Information Thanks to the families who have already paid their dues for 2008. If you have not already done so please complete the attached form and return it with a check (payable to Clandon Estates) for $45 to Ken Ramsay, 33109 Allenbury. As you know, the majority of the dues go towards maintenance and upkeep of the cul-de-sacs. This is a benefit to all of us to have the neighborhood looking good. Advisory Board: Want to help make decisions in the neighborhood? This group will meet 2 to 3 times a year to discuss concerns and issues of the neighborhood. If you have any specific expertise or just want to be involved your assistance would be appreciated. Neighborhood Directory: Help is needed to compile and publish the neighborhood directory. Landscape Planning and Upkeep: If you have an interest or ideas relating to landscaping in the neighborhood, especially related to cul-de-sac islands, please get in contact. Block Party: Block party will be coming up at the end of the summer. Would you like to coordinate this event, or perhaps just help out? Event Planning: Each year the neighborhood sponsors a series of events. e.g. golf outing, block party, halloween party, garage sale. Coordinators are needed to plan these events. If you can help with these or have other ideas let us know. Newsletter: "Clandon Clips" has resurfaced. Do you yearn to be a Journalist. This is your chance. Membership Development: Association dues are due in September. This is a minimal assessment to cover maintenance expenses of the common areas of the neighborhood. Help is needed to encourage membership and collect dues. Sunshine Committee: This committee needs helpers to spread the sunshine when required.
